Larnaca teaches children the value of saving water

A new educational initiative in Larnaca is helping children discover the importance of saving water through interactive games, creative activities and hands-on learning. Designed for preschool and primary school pupils, the programme encourages young learners to develop simple everyday habits that help protect one of our most valuable natural resources.

The activity book has already been distributed to summer schools and nurseries across the district, with more schools set to receive it at the beginning of the new school year. Through puzzles, observation exercises and creative challenges, children learn how small changes at home and at school can make a positive difference in reducing water waste.
