Events that you don't want to miss in Cyprus in June 2024

June is arriving, and we're excited to share what's happening on our island. The days get longer, the sun is shining, and communities across Cyprus are coming together to enjoy a month with fun and activities.

1 June: Cyprus Pride (Nicosia Municipal Garden)

Cyprus Pride 2024 will take place on the 1st of June at Nicosia Municipal Garden. There will be a children's program, a main program with speeches, the march, and an artistic program. Hours: 14:30-23:00

1-2 June: Vegan Fam Flavours (Ancient Olive Trees Park, Psematismenos village)

Vegan Street Food with free entrance. Two days with delicious food and live music. There will be a kid's corner with fun activities like painting, gardening, and crafts for the kids.

1-2 June: Cherry Festival (Kampos village)

Enjoy the delights of the Cherry Festival on June 1-2 at Kampos village. Activities include cooking demonstrations, children’s activities, live music and dancing, marketplaces with traditional products, workshops, and orchard walks. Time: Sat: 14:30-24:00, Sun: 08:00-20:00. Venue: Village square. The festival will also be held on 15-16 June in Pedoulas village and 1 June in Treis Elies village.

2 June: Cyprus Loukoumi Festival (Fini village)

Join the exciting Cyprus Loukoumi Festival at the central square of Fini village. Enjoy traditional Cypriot music, tsiattista, dancing, and singing, alongside renowned artist Vasiliki Hatziadamou.

2-23 June: Larnaca Biodesign Festival (Larnaca)

The Larnaka Biodesign Festival is held from June 2 to 23, emphasizing the redefinition of our relationship with the natural environment. Expect collaborations between artists, scientists, academics, and performers exploring themes derived from soil, water, and air. Strategic partner: Petrolina.

7 June: Alkinoos Ioannidis (Lakatamia Amphitheatre, Nicosia)

Two unique performances by Alkinoos Ioannidis, on June 7th at Lakatamia Amphitheatre in Nicosia and on June 8th at Curium Amphitheatre in Limassol. Tickets: €40 (Entrance).

8 June: Wine Tasting from 25+ wineries (Platia Eleftherias, Nicosia)

Enjoy some of the finest wines at the wine tasting at Platia Eleftherias, Nicosia, from 18:00-22:00. Sample free wines from 25+ Cypriot wineries and learn about Cypriot wine production, indigenous varieties, and serving methods. Entrance is free.

14-16 June: Ayia Trias Beach Tennis Tournament (Ayia Triada, Kapparis)

Three days of beach tennis excitement at Ayia Triada, Kapparis, with professional athletes.

16 June: Charity Rally (Kato Mylos village)

Join the Classic Car Charity Rally on June 16th, starting at Acropolis Park at 09:30 and concluding at Kato Mylos village. Entry fee: €60 for a crew of two (driver and co-driver). Time: 09:30-13:00.

20 June: Pyx Lax (GSP Stadium, Nicosia)

Pyx Lax are performing their all-time classic hits with a symphony orchestra at GSP Stadium, Nicosia, from 21:00-23:00.

28 June: Dalaras & Protopsalti (Episkopeio, Nicosia)

George Dalaras & Alkistis Protopsalti on June 28th at Tamasou and Oreinis and on June 29th at the Gardens of Limassol at Marios Tokas Amphitheatre.

28-30 June: Paphos International Film Festival (Garden of the cultural space Technopolis 20, Paphos)

Enjoy outdoor screenings of short films, fiction, and documentaries at the Paphos International Film Festival held at the Garden of Technopolis 20 cultural space in Paphos.

30 June: Honey and Beekeeping Festival (Village of Odus)

Join the celebrations at the Honey and Beekeeping Festival in Odus village, Larnaca Mountain, honoring beekeeping traditions and local products.

30 June: Tomato Festival (Parekklisia, Limassol)

The Tomato Festival is celebrating this agricultural treasure at the square of the church of Archangel Michael in Parekklisia, Limassol.
