Following a recent Land Registry search carried out for another client, we have identified that this specific plot presents certain issues, as the title deed is not clear. For this reason, we have decided to withdraw the property from the market to ensure that potential buyers do not face unnecessary complications or delays. However, I will soon have a similar plot available in the same area with clear title deeds. Unfortunately i emailed a few days ago looking to view 2 properties while we will be visiting Cyprus and hand I havent any response
