Currently, the Firm is the largest and sole of its kind in Famagusta Region covering all the services range in the field, offering tailored Estate Agency Brokerage services of Sales and Rentals, Holiday Lets & Property Management, Valuations and Land Development / Project Management. Currently, the Firm is comprised of a team member of 25 experienced and professionally efficient permanent staff, ensuring prime services in the best possible way. Companies of the Group are members of the FIABCI, the Association of Property Valuers & Real Estate Consultants of Cyprus, ΕΤΕΚ, RICS, the Cyprus Contractors Council, and Registered & Licensed Estate Agents (REG. No. 504, LIC. No. 165/E).

The company rely on the expertise and professional skills of the two main directors Thanasis Athanasiou and Photis Ioannou, both with more than 20 years of experience in the local real estate market.

Thanasis Athanasiou AssocRICS Experienced Real estate consultant and an Economist. Involved in successful sales completion of more than 60 land development projects, exceeding 3.000 units. Excellent working knowledge of the land registry and planning departments’ regulatory framework. Currently is an active Managing Partner of Sweet Home Estates dealing with sales and marketing, real estate investment consulting, development and property management. Previously as one of the Directors of one of the biggest developer group in Cyprus where, among other responsibilities, managed the group’s network of real estate agents, negotiated property sales and land purchase agreements.

Photis Ioannou MRICS Experienced real estate property professional and a chartered surveyor. He is the founder of and active in the Sweet Home Estates group of companies with hands-on experience in valuations, compulsory acquisitions consulting / negotiation / expert witness court representation, asset management, real estate investment consulting, project management and development and property management.
