Spitali, a village in the district of Limassol, is 400 meters above sea level and is situated 15 kilometers north of Limassol city. It shares boundaries with Palodia to the south, Paramytha to the west, Apsiou to the north, and Fasoula to the east. The community of Spitali and Spitali of Messinia are twinned.
As for the village’s name, there are three etymological explanations for it. According to one, its little dwellings are what gave it the name Spitali.
