Achna is one of the largest and fertile villages of Kokkinohoria in the province of Famagusta. During the Turkish invasion in 1974, the village was divided but despite the difficulties has managed to renew itself.
The Achna Speedway, is a popular track that has been running for a few years, and is located just outside the village.
