The agent Ivan did a very good job at selling the neighbourhood and was flexible with respect to a viewing with short notice. Pick up at and return to our hotel was much appreciated. In Northern Europe we a used to receiving a PDF or prospect also for resale property with information about the house (public registration information for the property, utility cost, energy rating, surveyor reports when done, insurance cost, tax cost, finance example etc.). This is apparently not normal in Cyprus, so this is something La Mer can consider for the future to set themselves apart.
