Neo Chorio is a wholly Greek village located in the Paphos district, roughly 41 kilometers north of the city. A significant portion of the Akamas peninsula is included in the village's administrative territory. Neo Chorio is situated about two kilometers from the sea on the Laona plateau, with an average elevation of 170 meters.
The state forest of Akamas takes up the greatest portion of the village. The pine, wild olive, and wild tertiary are the three main types of trees in the region.
