CIC Properties

Very good in everything

I had an outstanding experience with CIC Properties and their agent. Even before I arrived in Cyprus, we spoke several times, and I really appreciated his honesty. He explained that the current market had very limited options, but he confidently told me, “I have one property that I believe is perfect for you.” When I arrived, he took me to see only that property. He explained every detail clearly, answered all of my questions, and… believe it or not, we closed the deal! What impressed me the most was the professionalism, transparency, and the continuous follow-up throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured—only well informed and genuinely supported. Congratulations to the CEO for building such an exceptional team. It’s rare to find professionals who combine expertise with honesty, and that’s exactly what I found at CIC Properties. I highly recommend CIC Properties to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional real estate company in Cyprus.

I successfully closed and rented an apartment through Maria and Vasili from the CIC Properties Rental Team, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Vasili also provided excellent support, ensuring that all paperwork and procedures were handled smoothly and without any delays. The whole process was clear, well-organized, and stress-free. Both Maria and Vasili were always responsive, honest, and helpful, making the rental process very easy and straightforward. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication, and I would highly recommend the CIC Properties Rental Team to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient service.
