8G Capital Partners is a private equity firm with principal and advisory activities in Europe and in Asia. It was founded in 2007 with a mission of putting real estate assets to work. Through offices in Nicosia, London and Hong Kong it has acted as a trusted asset manager and advisor to credit institutions, property funds, real estate private equity investors, governments, property companies, loan servicers as well as other real estate owners, developers and investors.

Photis is an experienced real estate property professional, with more than 15 years of experience. He is the founder of and active in the Sweet Home Estates group of companies which provide real estate services such as valuations, property management, compulsory acquisitions consulting / negotiation / expert witness court representation, real estate investment consulting, project management and development, immigration / real estate services for permanent residency purposes.

Thanasis is a real estate consultant and an economist with more than 15 years of experience in the local market. He has excellent working knowledge of the land registry and planning departments’ regulatory framework. Over the past decade, as a sales and new business development Director of one of the biggest development groups in Cyprus, he has been at the helm of land developing and selling of residential high-end second home properties. He has personally sold more than 2,500 real estate units and has been instrumental in the successful completion of more than 35 land development projects. Currently, he is also an active Managing Partner of Sweet Home Estates, a company offering a wide range of professional real estate services including sales, rentals, valuations, project and construction management, real estate developing, holiday lettings and property management.
